All our horses are interchangeable, if you are unhappy with a purchase it may be exchanged we do not deal with refunds nor provide them.

When exchanging a horse submit the interchange form and we will rehome your current horse and transport your horse off your property as the position becomes available for it. When your horse is received by us and is checked over and cleared as fine, we will then send you your new chosen exchange horse.  Transport for us to remove your old horse is on us, transport cost to receive your new horse we will organise but it is to be paid for by you and a professional transporter will be used.

All interchange selections are subject to availability at time of interchange.

All horses will be sent in their general current condition.  If they arrive in show condition this is a bonus and not a right.

​

If you are paying off a horse you technically do not fully own the horse until it's final payment is received. However you are fully responsible for it as if it were your own.

​

Ownership receipts for horses being payed off are provided after the final payment is received.

​

Talk to us if you can't make a payment on your payment plan, we can give you a little more time for a bit if necessary.

​

If payments aren't paid on time and an extension agreement is not met, all rights to the horse are forfeited effectively by the purchaser and the horse may be collected from the premises without further warning. 

​

We provide support and guidance on settling your horse in and getting off on the right foot.

If a buyer refuses to settle their horse in effectively they forfeit their rights with us. Horses deserve to be treated fairly and kindly with consideration at all times.

In an interchange a horses age and price will be taken into account.

​

We reserve the right to refuse an interchange if we believe the purchaser uses unfair or cruel methods on their horses.

​​

Private transporting our horses to your premises is not permitted. We will provide you with a professional transport quote.

​

For Texas sellers, you will receive a deposit of 30% of your horse's price (the price as arranged on your listing form) and when the horse is confirmed arrived at it's new home we will release the remaining 70% of your payment. This is a temporary safety measure for us at this stage and may be removed in future.
